Loutra Pozar, Therapeutic Spa

Pozar (Loutraki) is placed in the province of Almopia, 13km. northwest of Aridaia, in Pella and is spread on the foothills of Kaimaktsalan. The area, which is exploited by tourist hotels, restaurants, cafes, is built on the banks of Thermopotamos. The spa, hot water with constant temperature of 37oC, springs for thousands of years from the mountain, which creates a stunning landscape of mountain and forest. Visitors are arriving at the Spa from every corner of Greece to get the beneficial properties of the hot water (treatment - relaxing) and also to escape to the beautiful mountains with the caves. The thermal bath has therapeutic indications: Rheumatic diseases, arthrosis, bronchitis, nerve - dermatologic - gynecological diseases, circulatory diseases. In Pozar, there are two spas where each one has indoor pools, and individual baths.
